Abstract
|

|
Automatic determination of α-amylase in pharmaceuticat preparations was established by meaas of Blue Value Method using starch and iodine with Technicon Autoanalyzer. According to the results, the following could be summerized.
1. Beer´s law obeyed for 5~20mcg/ml.
2. Reproducibility(S≤1.0%) is good.
3. Automatic method(S≤1.9%) is more accurate than manual method(S≤3.4%)
4. A large number of α-amylase preparations can be analyzed with ease, speeed accuracy usiag this method.
